Broadlands Live is a great live music event held every summer in Broadlands VA. There’s always a great lineup of bands and as always it’s a free event! Broadlands Live continues the tradition that’s existed for over 10 years. It’s one of those events that brings out everyone from the area and it’s a great time to be had by all.

Broadlands Live almost always goes on rain or shine, but if it’s raining too hard they may postpone the show. When the show gets postponed they try to bring the scheduled band back, but it’s not always possible.

Did you know that Broadlands Live is actually run by the Broadlands HOA? Yes – the Broadlands Homeowner Association actually coordinates this event for everyone who lives in Broadlands VA.
